Returns

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 

Our return policy grants you a 14 day window from when you receive your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in its original packaging and all tags must be attached.

Once your return has been approved please choose from the following options: 


OPTION 1:

Use our pre-paid return label. A return shipping charge of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your label. 

OPTION 2:

Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice.
Securely package your item(s) for return, including the packing slip provided.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • SALE ITEMS - Any sale items not marked "FINAL SALE" will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
  • HEADWEAR - THIS INCLUDES BEANIE HATS AND TICHEL SCARVES
  • ANY ITEM NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
  • ANY ITEM PAST THE 14 DAY RETURN WINDOW

GIFTS:
Refunds for returned gifts will be issued as a store credit.
